The Family Law Executive Committee is comprised of dedicated attorneys who practice family law in the State of Utah. Serving the Family Law Section, its practitioners, and the broader legal community, the Committee is committed to fostering unity among its members, supporting the professional development of family law practitioners, and serving the community with excellence.
The mission of the Committee is to enhance the practice of family law in Utah and elevate the standards of the profession. This is accomplished through active participation in the legislative process, mentoring new practitioners, publishing scholarly works, and offering comprehensive legal education across various platforms.
